Just a short note to say, ”That I would highly recommend Jeff Perrin as one of the best home builders in Northwest Arkansas.” We live in Bentonville and purchased this house new from Jeff in December of 2007. I can say that in all the new homes we have purchased this is was the best built and they were all custom built homes.

What made us pick this house were all the custom wood work, design, and quality of work that was done on the inside and the outside of the house. In the 6 plus years we have lived here we have not experienced any problems with the structure, electrical, or any other issues with the house. We did have a teenager take out our front mail box one night, but Jeff had his team come over and build us a new one. We are still using the same appliances that were originally installed in the house.

What also impressed me was the way Jeff negotiated a fair market price for the house and made sure after the purchase of the house that everything was working properly and that we were happy with our new home. I also respect him as a Christian businessman, and the values that he stands for…we need more Christian Businessmen like him in the Market Place.
