Perrin Custom Homes is committed to providing our clients – homes built with a solid emphasis on craftsmanship, quality, value, and affordability. The custom homes that we build are as individual as their owners, but also with our hand in creating artfully crafted homes that stand apart for their subtle detailing inside and out. The homes we build need not be expensive, to be built distinctive.
Craftsmanship is the final result of every decision that goes into constructing a home, along with a respect for our natural resources and the environment. Finding quality, affordable materials is also definitely doable given the volume of new building products on the market. The real key to client satisfaction is making sure that the installation of the materials is top-notch, because the look and longevity of a home will ultimately depend upon the craftsmanship.
As a resident of NW Arkansas for over 45 years, I have gained knowledge in the field of construction and building quality homes, as well as highly customized renovations and additions. I’ve been in the home building industry for over 25 years and have personally overseen the construction of over 100 custom homes ranging in price from $500,000 to $1.5 Million in today’s marketplace.
After graduating from the University of Arkansas in 1992 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, I learned how to plan for a future productive home building business. Today, as a custom home Builder, I have house plans to choose from or I will look at your plans to customize a new home for you. And be sure to ask about our Architect referral program, we will be happy to introduce you, and in most cases we will subsidize or help pay for the clients home design costs.
Many prospective clients ask us for a referral list of homes built or remodeled in the local area they are looking to build near. With over 100 homes in the greater Northwest Arkansas area, we can probably find a sample home in just about any location if you are curious to see our past work. If you are interested to view current homes we are building or working on at this time, we can also meet with you and show you the complete blueprints and architectural drawings of these homes.
