Under construction in 2023.  Putnam Drive, Rogers, 72756. Where do we begin describing this project? Perhaps our best challenge yet… a 25-year-old home burns completely to the ground in 2021 leaving only a concrete foundation. The owner hires an architect from Santa Barbara California to reimagine the house as a Malibu oceanfront contemporary, except this house is lake front on Beaver Lake – and we must reuse the existing foundation which survived the fire! The Architect and the Owner searched for a year to find the best qualified builder – and we are very thankful… House is 8266 square feet in total, 27 massive picture windows to take in the open views, a 4-car garage split between two levels, infinity swimming pool, and much more.  Owner is originally from Kansas, been a local resident and real estate investor for 25 years.
