8275 Crystal Canyon Trail, Rogers 72756.  All of our Client stories are amazing, but this one may be the best one in eight years – that is because this story of the Clients took eight years to complete.  We first met the clients eight long years ago when they acquired an amazing lake view lot.  Life of course then happens and takes its journey.  Re-emerging in 2024 the Clients were ready to build a 3-story lake facing 5918 sq ft conditioned space and 8331 sq ft space under roof.  Our first 3-story deck and using engineered lumber for less beams and less posts!  The house has 68 windows and glass doors in total, and of which 36 are full lake view facing.  A great room size that you would expect, except it is fully open for two stories soaring to 21 feet in height, anchored with a massive 21-foot-tall stone fireplace surrounded by windows.  A special shout out to Erik Glazier, a local artistic wonder who not only created these building plans but through his software creates 3D renderings so you can literally walk through the home building plans sitting at your desk looking at your computer screen – like video games!  Owners are a local college Professor and a local Executive with a national food company.
