Two executive sized custom homes, located in the same subdivision outside of downtown, referred to us by The Stitt Group, a national Design & Energy firm headquartered in Rogers.  Essentially TSG designs the homes, and we as the builder contract with the owners to build.  These projects include our first one-eighth mile driveway, so extremely steep we had to use commercial size conveyor belts to move gravel for fill, and pump concrete an extra distance. These two houses are as different as the owners, one contemporary and one traditional.  However, the owners were detailed-oriented like most custom build clients, we cater to all.
Client backgrounds are a senior high-tech managing director, a senior human resources. generalist, a banking financial advisor, and a leader of a charitable foundation in the area.
