Hickory Road, Rogers, 72756. Another one of the most gratifying projects we have been involved with – Clients who pick us to build their “second” custom project with us. Thankfully we did a great job on the first project, so they chose us again to build an even greater custom home. This custom house is a retiree’s dream – 3600 sq ft of living space, and
2300 sq ft of everything else under the roof. Exercise room, game room, porches, decks – surrounded by a natural forest and a meandering creek. Like most of our houses we used ICF block construction for a state-of-the-art foundation and basement. Also a gargantuan – – – double-sided fireplace measuring 10 x 8 feet – and it is also a double see-through fireplace, placed exactly in the middle of the house – 61 feet span from the front porch to the back deck, and with the fireplace in the exact middle – amazing! Another retiree couple from Walmart.
