This lake front home contains massive infrastructure improvements such as a seawall, relocated roadway, etc. House will be over 8000 sq ft and include an Elevator, and a custom built Tornado Shelter. Clients are residents / retirees in the local NWA area, and met us after another builder in the area quit before even starting this challenging project. House is built within 1 foot of seawall and lake level (at owners request) and as builders we are employing best practices by using water-proof-concrete, and other engineering services to ensure best possible outcomes.
