Built in 2022: West Garrett Road, Rogers, 72758. One of the most gratifying projects we have been involved with – the Owner is the CEO of a 10 State Geotechnical Engineering firm based in Arkansas. The owners’ local Engineering company does vast work in Geotechnical Services, Construction Materials Testing, and Environmental Services – ALL things that touch home building construction. This house is being constructed jointly with the Owners parents who will reside in the house when it is finished. Our first custom project with three homeowners and two generations. The majority of the house is designed with ADA capabilities included, as well as generous outdoor living areas where the parents will spend their golden years. Our principal Designer, Monica Diaz was involved with the selections working with the parents on enhanced sound management and lighting controls, far beyond traditional ADA guidelines.
