We assisted them in having a local Architect re-imagine the plans and tailor the homes functionality to their desires. Their first Lender / Appraiser turned out to be a comedy of errors, so we helped them to pivot to another Bank that we referred them to. We also assisted the clients combining two separate parcels into one large 11 Acre parcel. Owners originally resided in Fayetteville where they own a business and had also had the recent experience of constructing a major Commercial Building in Fayetteville for their business.
