17417 Stage Coach Road, Gravett 72736.  Our second time to build a custom home for a Commercial Architect.  The top Architect and the top company from Memphis, Tennessee found their perfect retirement space and big family compound with 40 acres in a beautiful setting.  Two other building contractors built the two other homes for both the daughter and son.  However, when it came to the “Grand House” for the Architect and Spouse – the quest for the best was a perfect marriage for Perrin Custom Homes.  Architects are very particular and demanding clients to build for – but if the marriage is perfect then the Builder performs perfectly!  The initial building plans were 22 pages and later soared to twice as many – amazing details, including real wood beams that were harvested and trucked to Arkansas, steel roofing on the outside, foam roofing on the inside, and did I mention ADA (disability) specifications and standards.  7162 sq ft under roof – Our Foreman Charl Rudman and Jeff Perrin earned their entry into Sainthood for attention to details with this awesome project!
